Amy, as Tricia pointed out, rhubarb is very, very tart. Hubby will eat it like a piece of celery, just dipped in sugar, but I can't handle that!We have a couple of rhubarb recipes, Tricia, but our favourite is good ol' rhubarb pie. But we put sugar in ours so it isn't "face-imploding-sour".
